Light Housekeeping or ADL Incidentals
In addition to personal care, Georgebee Home Healthcare staff provides light housekeeping duties to clients throughout Eastern WI. While our personal care services address physical needs, our ADL incidental services are focused on the home environment.
Safe and Comfortable at Home
The home environment is especially important for our clients. When a client is recuperating from illness or injury or is receiving home personal care assistance to delay or prevent entry to a nursing home, we can keep their surroundings safe. Our staff ensures that each client’s living space is clean, picked up, and stocked for their daily needs.
Light Housekeeping (ADL Incidentals)
- Tidying up dirty or work area
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces and sink, microwave, stove top, bathtub, bathroom sink, and toilet
- Washing dishes
- Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors
- Changing linens and making bed
- Laundry of client’s linen and clothing
- Checking food for freshness
- Maintaining home safety
